I know I have not been regular with my menus. It's because some weeks I am organized/have the time to sit and plan at the computer and some weeks I'm not/don't. I am going to try to make more of an effort to menu plan though because it really takes the stress out of the week when it comes to deciding what to make.

Tues: Baked potatoes with tuna salad
Wed: Chili and cornbread
Thurs: Balsamic grilled chicken with rice
Fri: Steak with twice baked potatoes
Sat: Something small. Stephen working
