Ever hear of Fairy Bread? I hadn't until I found it on Taste.com/au or some other Australian site, where I think it originates from. What a cute little sandwich this would make for a little girl's party, or even just for a snack. Though what it's got to do with fairies I don't know. Maybe it's what fairies like to eat?
You could use cream cheese or pink cream cheese, or just butter. Spread it on a piece of bread and then sprinkle over some 'hundreds and thousands' as they are known in the UK and Australia.
Pretty :)

I have always heard of "fairy bread" but I never knew what it was! :)
My daughter calls sprinkles "pretty sparkles" which always sounds fanciful to me. :)
