Here's the plan for this week. As usual, on the evenings Stephen won't be home Willow and I will just eat something small and quick to put together, such as McDonalds healthy sandwiches. I'll try and post some of the recipes for these as I make them.
Monday: Chicken 'puff' pie
Tuesday: Stephen at school
Wednesday: Beef stew
Thursday: Grilled balsamic chicken, baked potato and stir-fried veggies
Friday: Slow cooker barbecue pork ribs with spanish rice
Saturday: Stephen working
Sunday: Grilled cheese sandwiches
