Butter and Noodles

Classic comfort food

Willow loves noodles with butter and parmesan for lunch (we call it ‘cheesy pasta’) Even I do and I don’t eat cheese! I wish I hadn’t discovered it so late in life, it’s a quick, cheap and easy dish to make. It’s also good as a side too.

I don't measure. I just boil up whatever pasta I have on hand according to the box directions, add a pat of butter, a good sprinkling of parmesan cheese, a little sprinkling of salt and sometimes for color; some broccoli or peas.

By the way, I forgot to get pics of my slow cooker beef that I said I would share the recipe for so you will just have to take my word that is was excellent! :D
