Maybe you can help settle an 'argument' between me and my little know-it-all....
I made this simple lunch for Willow today (ham, cheese and lettuce sandwich with fruit: halved red grapes and chopped cantaloupe) and she said, 'you made me a chicken, Mommy?' I said, 'no, it's a turkey'. She said, 'no! it's a chicken!' and I said ... well, you get the idea lol.
I'm not very familiar with turkeys so I could be wrong AND I'd be OK with that ... if she wasn't four!
What do you think it is? (Extra points if you say turkey).

well I thought it was a chicken until you said turkey. Now I can see it's waddle, so I agree with turkey. But it could go either way. =D
ok one point for you michelle! :b
Looks like cheese to me, but hey, maybe the 4-yr-old is smarter than both of us.
Will I lose points if I say chicken? haha. :)
It's definitely a turkey. Does that make me a bad aunt? And Stephen have some imagination! very cute kel :)
I would say either way it's adorable! :-) LOL
Have a great night.
Bleesings,

I think it's definitely a turkey. We have similar chicken/duck issues in our house (some toys really are a bit ambiguous!)
I will say for chicken ...
one reason because turkey is not a so-familiar dish in here and another reason is I am taking on Willow's side. Opss...hope we are still talking to each other after this? LOL
I say Turkey! Super cute bento! :)
Totally turkey.

Um... I'd have to say I thought it was a chicken. But when you wrote "turkey", and I thought about the time of year, I can see the turkey too (esp. with the gobble). Maybe its the color that makes met think chicken?
Either way, I'd say its a toss-up :-)
thank you to all who agreed it's a turkey. To everyone else :b

I thought it was a turkey until you mentioned the chicken and then I thought I could see why Willow said that. Hmmm....well I guess I would say a turkey for sure because of the little gobble thing under it's chin :)
Hi Kelly, I saw a turkey. I've learnt not to argue with the kids.. Mommies never win! Haha... :)
It's definitely a turkey and it's definitely adorable!
I'd say it's Turkey .. sorry Willow ^_^ .... super cute bento!!
I vote for turkey, that was what came into my mind when my eyes first landed on the photo before I read your post! :D
I will vote for Turkey hehehe ... A very cute one! You should make chicken next time so you can tell your girl the differences :) Learning through bento is fun for young kid.
