I normally don't post serious topics in this blog but I will make the exception for one so important that needs exposure.  Cancer is a subject that touches all of our lives. With the busyness of everyday life, it is sometimes hard to keep personal health a priority. The reality is that there are so many things you can do in order to live a healthier lifestyle, which can later help prevent cancer for you, your family, and your loved ones.
